Gender Equality - Actions
Introduction
This section reports the main actions planned by the Federiciano University for gender equality for the three-year period 2022-2024.
The actions are gathered according to the criterion of the AREAS of intervention identified by the European Commission
- Area 1 - Work-life balance and organizational culture.
- Area 2 - Gender balance in top positions and decision-making bodies
- Area 3 - Gender equality in recruitment and career advancement
- Area 4 - Gender mainstreaming in research and teaching programs
- Area 5 - Measures to combat gender-based violence, including sexual harassment.
Actions attributable to several distinct areas have been grouped according to the prevailing area, indicating any secondary areas of relevance through appropriate flags in the corresponding tab.
To facilitate a re-reading of the prepared actions according to the criterion of intervention recipients, color-coding was adopted for the GEP action sheets to quickly distinguish the main direct recipients of the action. In particular
- Orange tabs: actions intended for the student component.
- Green tabs: actions intended for teaching and research staff.
- Yellow Tabs: actions intended for technical-administrative and managerial staff.
- Blue Tabs: actions intended for the entire university community.
