Statista Italy's Best Employers 2025. Federico II first among universities

The Federico II is first among Italian universities and 38th among the 450 companies included in the ranking compiled by 'Statista.com, ' an international research and analysis company, in collaboration with Corriere della Sera, which assesses well-being in companies through employee ratings.

In the'Education and Research' sector, the ranking has found over the past few years that the world of public education competes with companies to be a highly sought-after dimension of work because it is full of challenges and opportunities to realize one's professional aspirations.

The ranking, now in its fifth edition, rewards 450 employers in Italy, of which only eighteen are universities, through a survey that for this year saw the participation of about 20,000 workers in Italy at more than 5,000 companies with more than 250 employees. Workers were consulted through online panels that allowed them to anonymously and directly express their opinion of their employer.

The companies included in the ranking offer an inclusive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and tangible support for employees, thus creating a stimulating and rewarding work climate.

From the results of the survey, the Federico II University, already featured in previous editions, is confirmed as a good work environment, which has strengthened its identity based on education and research, enhancing it through the development of managerial, relational and technical skills, and making it an innovative and always competitive workplace. It is followed in the ranking by the University of Milan-Bicocca and the University of Rome La Sapienza, ranked 67th and 85th, respectively.
