13th Neapolitan Brain Group (NBG) Meeting
The 13th edition of the Neapolitan Brain Group (NBG) Meeting will be held on November 21, 2025, at theAula Magna of CESTEV - Centro di Servizio di Ateneo per le Scienze e le Tecnologie per la Vita (University of Naples Federico II). The initiative is part of the program of meetings promoted by the NBG, a non-profit organization founded in 2015 on the idea of Professor Ennio Del Giudice, with the aim of promoting scientific research and fostering integration between basic and clinical neuroscience.
During its ten years of activity, NBG has created a national and international scientific network, offering young researchers opportunities for growth through free conferences, seminars and webinars. The 2025 edition, which coincides with the association's 10th anniversary, offers a broad and multidisciplinary program, divided into four thematic sessions: Omics and Psychiatric Disorders, Brain Connectomics, From Cellular Organelles to Neuropathology, and Brain Stimulation.
The meeting will open with a Senior Lecture by Professor Judith Gervain, and each session will be inaugurated by a talk by internationally renowned scientists: Professors Graziano Martello, Alessandro Gozzi, Simone Rossi, Gianluca Ursini. This will be followed by the presentation of oral communications selected by a scientific committee from the abstracts submitted by young researchers for the Poster Session.
The day will be marked by moments of confrontation and discussion, with ample space for dialogue with students, PhD students and post-docs. The event will thus represent an important opportunity for networking and sharing, fostering the exchange of knowledge and the meeting of generations of scholars, in line with the original mission of the NBG.
The Call for Abstract is open until October 15, 2025.
