The Center for Mediterranean Parliamentary Studies - CESPAM is presented.
Held on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 10 a.m., in the Guarino Lecture Hall of the Federico II University, was the presentation of the Center for Mediterranean Parliamentary Studies (CESPAM), whose purpose is to offer a place for discussion with respect to the dynamics of parliamentary and constitutional law, involving parliamentary institutions, especially those in the Mediterranean area, and international institutes that deal with relations between the peoples of the same geographical area.
The Chancellor of the University of Frederick, Matteo Lorito, the Director of the Department of Law, Carla Masi, the Mayor of Naples, Gaetano Manfredi, the Secretary General of the Consular Corps of Naples, Mariano Bruno, Alberto Lucarelli and Davide Antonio Ambroselli, respectively President and Director of CESPAM, brought greetings.
Sandro Staiano, founding CESPAM member and Professor of Constitutional Law, introduced and chaired the meeting, which was addressed by House and Senate Parliamentary Counselors Davide Capuano, Davide De Lungo, Francesca Piazza and Antonio Zito, and professors Carla Bassu, Roberta Calvano, Sara Lieto, Andrea Longo, Fulvio Pastore and Antonella Sciortino.
The conclusions were entrusted to CESPAM President Alberto Lucarelli, professor of Constitutional Law.
