The project received a special mention in the “Education, Youth, and the Local Community” category
Audiovisual Napoli Hub received a special mention in the “Training, Youth, and Local Communities” category at the 2026 CNEL “Impatto PA” Awards.
The project, promoted by Altra Napoli EF and Apogeo ETS in collaboration with the University of Naples Federico II, was recognized for its ability to transform training in the audiovisual sector into a concrete tool for social inclusion and qualified access to the workforce.
Audiovisual Napoli Hub integrates young NEETs and college students into free training programs, connecting them directly with companies and professionals in the sector, as well as with a comprehensive network of institutional and third-sector organizations, addressing the vulnerabilities faced by young people and helping to strengthen the cultural and professional ecosystem of the Naples area. Particularly commendable is its ability to build a stable bridge between universities, the local community, and the production chain through training strongly oriented toward professional experience, supported by a broad network of partners and accompanied by internship and job placement opportunities.
The award was presented by CNEL Councilor Enrica Morlicchio and accepted by Raffaele Savonardo, Scientific Coordinator for the Department of Social Sciences, together with Andrea De Rosa, the project coordinator.
The award also recognizes the University’s commitment to connecting academic knowledge with the local community and creating new professional opportunities for young people.
