University master's degree in 'Hospitality and Destination Management', enrollment open

The fourth edition of the University of Naples Federico II's University Master's Degree in 'Hospitality and Destination Management' will be presented on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025 at 5 p.m. at the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo.

The Master's degree, established at the Department of Economics, Management and Institutions of the University of Federico II, in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture and Virscend University of Irvine - California, is dedicated to the training of skills in tourism management, the creation of professionals who know how to manage the business in a systemic way with digital knowledge and managerial skills.

The training will be conducted online, through asynchronous mode, and will be accompanied by in-company activities.

The call for applications is open and it will be possible to submit applications by Nov. 21, 2025. There are 60 places available. The Master's degree lasts 12 months and allows the award of 60 CFUs. The entrance procedure involves the evaluation of qualifications and an oral interview.

The Master'sdegreeis aimed atstudents who have already completed a bachelor's degree;professionals and operators in the sector who want to understand and deepen their understanding of the trends and challenges in the world of Hospitality, F&B management and Destination management; andentrepreneurs who want to be inspired by new business models and manage their businesses in an innovative way.

Speakers at the Master's presentation will include Anna Quarantiello, Director of the Renaissance Hotel Mediterraneo, Valentina Della Corte, Coordinator of the Master's Program and Degree Program in Hospitality Management at the University of Naples Federico II, and Cihan Cobanoglu, Master's Program Coordinator, who will be connected from Virscend University of Irvine - California.

This will be followed by speeches from corporate partners, including Francesca Guarino, CEO of Villa Marina Capri, Gianna Mazzarella, President of the Tourism Section of the Union of Industrialists of the Province of Naples, and Andrea Zana, General Manager of Il San Pietro di Positano. This will be followed by testimonials from students and graduates of previous editions of the Master's program.
