The women's 'question': rights and freedoms between history, desire, and legal policies
The series of meetings on "The Women's 'Question': rights and freedoms between history, desire and legal policies," organized by the Department of Law with the contribution of the University of Naples Federico II, continues.
On the day of Nov. 25, we will reflect on "Women and Leadership: gender equality in the P.A." Speaker Dr. Carmela Cardella, Administrative Director of the A.O.U. "Luigi Vanvitelli" of Naples. During the meeting, some socio-legal itineraries of the issue will be explored, talking about "crystal ceiling," "women's empowerment," "primary and secondary legislation" in the P.A., including the Code of Conduct for Public Employees and its reflections on the gender issue in the Public Administration.
The day will be introduced by Francesca Scamardella and Pasquale Castaldo.
