The experience at JEF Napoli is based on the principle of “learning by doing,” in which theoretical training is combined with hands-on experience and direct participation in the association’s activities. - Audit – Project management oversight, monitoring of KPIs and internal quality.
- Human Resources – Recruitment, internal training, monitoring the association’s work environment, and event management.
- Web & Business Intelligence – Data analysis and dashboards using Python, full-stack web development (React, Node.js), and management of the association’s digital infrastructure.
- Legal – Basic contract drafting, compliance, privacy, and legal protection.
- Marketing & Communication – Social media management, branding, communication campaigns, and content production.
- Public Affairs – Managing relations with institutions, external positioning, and supporting other departments on projects.
- Sales & Business Development – Defining sales strategy, prospecting for new clients, and developing partnerships.
