HydePark Coroglio. First appointment of the new cycle

quadro

The HydePark Coroglio cycle resumes, with a first event dedicated to addressing the strategic role of design as a central element in entrepreneurial growth and innovation processes. The initiative is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025 at 3 p.m., at the Mario Raffa Room of Campania NewSteel (Via Coroglio 57), a certified incubator under the Growth Decree 2.0, promoted and participated in by the University of Naples Federico II and Città della Scienza.

The seminar, held by Professor Carla Langella, is an invitation to redefine design not as an aesthetic complement, but as a fundamental strategic resource for business growth. Not just a product, but an integrated system of visions, knowledge and skills.

Through the examination of experiences gained in the Hybrid Design Lab, methodologies for the genesis of inherently innovative product and service systems will be explored . The discussion will not be limited to the theoretical approach, but strategies designed for two synergistic goals will be exhibited: to innervate existing startups with additional tools and, at the same time, to provide the structure for the establishment of new design-based entrepreneurial initiatives with innovative impact.

Particular emphasis will be placed on thebiomimetic approach: it will be illustrated how to draw directly on nature's workings as a guide in solving complex business problems, thus directing design toward solutions that are simultaneously more efficient, resilient and sustainable.
