Day of the Contemporary at the MADRE Museum

On Saturday, October 4, 2025 , Madre will participate with a program of events in the 21st Day of the Contemporary organized by AMACI, the Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums, of which it has been a member since 2013.The theme of the 2025 edition is Education, a founding element for the activities and programming of the Fondazione Donnaregina per le arti contemporanee - museo Madre led by Angela Tecce, President of the Fondazione Donnaregina per le arti contemporanee - museo Madre, and Eva Fabbris Director of the Madre museum. The foundation promotes a public program and works and supports a rich calendar of educational activities, for adults and children, marked by transdisciplinarity and experimentation of languages.

To celebrate this day, Madre will offer free admission and access to a special program of meetings, children's workshops and guided tours inspired by the idea of a museum that is increasingly a place not only of "looking at," but also of "being with."
