Federico II Recruiting Week
Federico II Recruiting Week
Designed for students, undergraduates nearing graduation, and recent graduates, the event spans four days and covers three areas of expertise. October 13, 14, 15, and 16—registration required
The Federico II Recruiting Week is a recruitment initiative organized by the University of Naples Federico II and aimed at students, graduating students, and recent graduates, with the goal of facilitating direct interaction between the university’s young talent and national and international companies seeking qualified professionals.
Organized into four days dedicated to specific fields of expertise, Recruiting Week offers a model for interaction between the university and the professional world designed to make the dialogue between job seekers and employers more effective. The format allows students and recent graduates to engage directly with companies most interested in various academic disciplines: those who have pursued a technical or scientific path can meet companies seeking expertise in these fields, just as those from the fields of economics and the humanities can connect with professional opportunities aligned with their education.
The division by academic discipline allows for targeted networking opportunities and highlights participants’ specific skills, fostering direct and meaningful connections between universities, students, graduates, and companies. One day will also be specifically dedicated to international profiles, offering Italian and international students and graduates an additional opportunity to engage with the professional world.
The Federico II Recruiting Week thus represents an important opportunity for career guidance and engagement with the professional world, through which students, graduating seniors, and recent graduates can present their educational backgrounds and skills, learn about the professional opportunities offered by participating companies, and establish new relationships and collaborations.
The initiative is aimed at students in their final year of study, students nearing the completion of their university degree, and recent graduates interested in engaging with the job market and launching their professional careers.
Participation in Recruiting Week is organized according to different fieldsof expertise. Those interested can identify the area that best aligns with their academic background and register for the day of their choice.
For students and graduatesin technical and scientific fields, participation on both days—October 15 and 16—is recommended. The companies present will differ on each day, offering the opportunity to expand the number of contacts and opportunities to interact with recruiters.
Given the limited number of available spots, you must secure your spot by registering for your specific field and the corresponding session.
