Advanced Training Course in "Juvenile Criminal Legislation"

Kicking off for the 2025/2026 academic year is the competition for admission to the Postgraduate Course in "Juvenile Criminal Legislation" established at the Department of Law and organized with the Naples Bar Council.

The course was created to meet the widespread demand from young graduates and practitioners in both the public sector (judiciary, public agencies, law enforcement agencies) and private sector (lawyers, psychologists, psychiatrists), for in-depth study of specific issues and professional retraining in the particular scientific fields and multidisciplinary area of juvenile criminal legislation.

There will be 200 places put up for competition, in which those who, on the date of the call deadline, hold a bachelor's degree in Social Service Sciences or Psychological Sciences and Techniques, or a master's or specialist degree in Law or Clinical Psychology or Medicine and Surgery, pursuant to Ministerial Decrees Nos. 509/1999 and 270/2004, as well as a university degree and diploma provided for by the regulations preceding Ministerial Decree No. 509/1999 in the aforementioned areas, may participate.

Applications must be sent by Nov. 10, 2025.
