Advanced training course in 'Criminal Execution and the Prison System'
Kicking off for the academic year 2025/2026, the Postgraduate Course in "Criminal Execution and the Penitentiary System"
established at the Department of Law and organized with the Naples Bar Council.
The Course, for 200 learners, lasting six months, aims to provide a qualified theoretical-practical preparation in the disciplines pertaining to the execution of criminal sanctions, with a theoretical-practical slant and a multidisciplinary approach.
Itis divided into two phases: the first, aimed at offering the necessary theoretical skills through lectures by lecturers, experienced lawyers and magistrates, officials in charge of external criminal execution, members of bodies aimed at the protection of prisoners' rights; the second of a practical nature, developed in internships at: the Naples Court of Supervision, Naples General Prosecutor's Office, Naples Military Court, Naples Military Prosecutor's Office, Naples UEPE, Guarantor of Prisoners' Rights, professional firms.
The Course is intended for the specialized training of professionals in the field.

The Course, upon verification of attendance and passing the final exam, awards 6 CFUs and 20 training credits for lawyers.
