Luigi Moio receives the 'Pino Khail' award for the enhancement of Italian wine

Luigi Moio, professor of Enology at the University of Naples Federico II, was awarded the 'Pino Khail' prize for the enhancement of Italian wine. The award presentation took place on the occasion of VinoVip. The award is promoted by the historic magazine 'Civiltà del bere'. Moio is also vice president of the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV). During the ceremony, Moio reviewed the work he has put into the field over the past three years with the Oiv and, more generally, the efforts he has made over the past three decades in the field of wine. Looking to the future of Italian wine, Moio stressed the professionalism of the operators and the quality of the product.
