"The changing enterprise between innovation and professional development"

A meeting entitled "The Changing Enterprise Between Innovation and Professional Development" will be held on Oct. 2025, at 1 p.m. in Room T3 of the Monte Sant'Angelo Complex.
The day is intended to be a moment of training and dialogue dedicated to students, aimed at encouraging direct confrontation with the business world and reflecting on the transformations taking place in organizational contexts.

Promoted by the Department of Economics, Management, Institutions (DEMI) and organized by the Department Director Adele Caldarelli and the Coordinator of the Master of Science in Innovation and International Management, Alessandra Alliniche, the meeting is part of the Convention between Hitachi Rail and the University of Naples Federico II, and is geared toward the enhancement of skills, placement and building bridges between academic training and productive reality.

The guest of the day will be Flavia Mirabelli, Senior Vice President Human Resources - Hitachi Rail, who will hold a seminar entitled "The changing enterprise between innovation and professional development."
In her speech, Mirabelli will offer a testimony full of insights, emphasizing how the enterprise today lives a process of becoming, driven by technological and organizational innovation, but also by the need to reinterpret the role of people, skills and training.
The discussion with students will allow for an in-depth look at crucial issues such as theevolution of leadership models, the enhancement of youth talent and the construction of career paths capable of combining individual growth and sustainability.
