"International Welcome Day 2025"

On September 12 and October 2, 2025 , the two-day International Welcome Day 2025, dedicated to incoming Erasmus students, will be held.

The first welcome day will be held in the Mangoni Hall of the Monte Sant'Angelo campus and will be attended by the Departments of Agriculture; Biology; Economics Management and Institutions; Physics; Chemical, Materials and Production Engineering; Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering; Electrical Engineering and Information Technology; Industrial Engineering Mathematics and Applications; Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production; Chemical Sciences Earth, Environmental and Resource Sciences; Economics and Statistics; and Structures for Engineering and Architecture.

The day on Oct. 2, will be held at the Complex of Saints Marcellinus and Festus in Largo San Marcellino and will feature the Departments of Architecture, Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Molecular Medicine and Medical Biotechnology, Neuroscience and Reproductive and Odontostomatological Sciences, Public Health, Advanced Biomedical Sciences, Translational Medical Sciences, Humanities, Law, Political Science, Social Sciences and Pharmacy.

The two-day program, will see a first phase from 9 to 10 a.m., will be dedicated to the registration of Erasmus+ Students by the staff of the Erasmus+ and International Mobility Office. This will be followed by greetings from the Rector's Delegate for Erasmus+ Projects and speeches from the Erasmus+ and International Mobility Office, the University Language Center, the SINAPSI center and the International Welcome Desk, which will provide students with information needed to deal with the first stages of integration into the new university and city context. Finally, from 12 p.m., after a coffee break, there will be an opportunity to interface with faculty members from the above-mentioned departments, who will be available to provide practical information related to teaching and the scheduling of all activities, thus helping students to take an active part in the University of Frederick system.

The day is organized by Valeria Costantino, Rector's Delegate for Erasmus Projects, in collaboration with the Erasmus+ and International Mobility Office.
