"CoreAcademy. Conversion and Resilience." Call for proposals 2025/2026

To train specialized public service figures who investigate in the field of health and social-health services using a multidisciplinary and circular approach. The call to participate in the fifth edition of "CoreAcademy. Conversion and Resilience," an advanced training course established at the University of Naples Federico II in collaboration with KPMG Advisory.

Admitted to the course, which is entirely free of charge, will be 25 trainees, including bachelor's and master's degree graduates who are not older than 28 years and have completed their degrees no earlier than the 2022-2023 academic year.

The selection will be made through a motivational interview aimed at assessing the candidates' cultural profile, motivation, cognitive, achievement and interpersonal skills as well as English proficiency.

The four-month educational project is designed to promote professional, technical and scientific knowledge and skills in the field of public services and, for this edition, health and social services. The planned hourly commitment (up to a maximum of about 375 hours) will include lectures, workshops, seminars, external events, and in-company project work. The training activities will also be carried out through study and project panels organized with the participation of personnel from National Health System entities. The training will be held in Italian.

It will be possible to apply until 3 p.m. (GMT+1) on September 30, 2025.
