Words of inclusion: reflecting on the language of gender in the teaching relationship

The training day aims to explore the role of gender-inclusive language in university education, with a focus on gender, sexual orientation and gender identity. Through a theoretical-practical approach, the course analyzes how language used in the classroom-in feedback, delivery and interactions-can reproduce or deconstruct stereotypes and symbolic asymmetries. The initiative offers concrete tools (guidelines, institutional resources) for more knowledgeable educational communication that respects the plurality of identities. The methodologies adopted include debate, role playing, analysis of real cases and moments of self-assessment, in order to develop communication skills oriented toward inclusion.
