Emotional and relational dynamics in university teaching
Emotional and relational dynamics in university teaching
The dynamics and interactions between affective experiences and cognitive processes in the teacher-student relationship constitute a fundamental component for the improvement of university teaching and should therefore be properly understood and valued. Both emotional and relational dimensions are crucial aspects in creating an inclusive learning environment. The objective of the interdisciplinary workshop Emotional and Relational Dynamics in University Teaching, part of the cycle Pedagogical Conversations, of the PPFDU Project - The Pedagogical Perspective for University Teacher Education, is to understand how to recognize and manage these aspects in order to foster educational success and academic well-being.
Experts from different Scientific-Disciplinary Sectors will speak, consistent with the interdisciplinary nature of the workshop. To date, Pietro Di Martino (University of Pisa), Anna Tiziana Drago (University of Bari Aldo Moro) and Francesca Marone (University of Naples Federico II) have confirmed.
Dipartimento di Matematica e Applicazioni "Renato Caccioppoli", Dipartimento di Studi Umanistici
