"Unconsious bias" training course.

Gender Equality Plan

The Unconscious bias course analyzes gender stereotypes that often influence the life of organizations within decision-making processes in order to understand the ways in which they manifest themselves and to learn how to recognize them. The course enables awareness of the role of unconscious bias in evaluation processes and provides a vademecum for preventing and reducing the impact of gender stereotypes in competition committees and evaluation procedures.

The training course "Unconsious bias"-specific training activity for competition commissions envisaged by the University's Gender Equality Plan (Gender Equality Plan-GEP) for the three-year period 2022/2024-is available on the University Center's Federica web-learning platform.
