Trusted advisor

The trust advisor is the figure that the recent "Code of Conduct for the Protection of the Dignitỳ of the Person" of the Universitỳ degli Studi di Napoli Federico II places at the center of institutional policy for handling "reports from members of the academic community concerning acts, behaviors or situations that are perceived to be detrimental to their dignity," including sexual harassment.

The CUG (Single Committee of Guarantee) has therefore activated an information and awareness campaign on the potential of this figure for the well-being of the entire Frederick community.

The first step of active communication is the short informational video, produced in collaboration with the Federica Web Learning Center and provided for in the Gender Equality Plan.

In the application of its functions, the CUG also intends to activate initiatives of a preventive informative nature to make the function of the Listening Desk and the Commission in its support more incisive, which are available to all staff and the student community of the University.
