It should be noted that laboratories are considered to be places or environments in which teaching, research or service activities involving the use of machinery, apparatus and work equipment, plant, prototypes or other technical means, or chemical, physical or biological agents are carried out. Also considered laboratories are places or environments where activities take place outside the built-up area of the headquarters-such as, for example, archaeological, geological, and maritime campaigns.

The directions to be followed for the proper use of the course are posted at the General Online Training section of this webpage.
At the conclusion of the general training course, university students are required to attend face-to-face classes, which involve a commitment of 8 or 12 hours dedicated to specific training on risk factors related to the activities to be performed, in order to complete the mandatory training course. Information regarding the conduct of specific risk factor training courses is posted under the Specific Risk Training section of this webpage
It should be noted that failure to participate in the courses in question entails, pursuant to Article 59 - c. 1 lett.a) - of Legislative Decree 81/2008, the application of sanctions for workers as well as the inability, due to the activity specifically carried out where it involves exposure to risks identified in the assessment document, to attend teaching, research, service laboratories, and to carry out internship activities.
