The “Quantum Nexus” exhibition by the Eudora Association is coming to the Center for Natural and Physical Sciences at Federico II University

Conceived and promotedby the Eudora Association, the renowned interactive exhibition “QUANTUM NEXUS” opens an important new chapter in its journey and takes up residence in the evocative spaces of the Physics Museum at the Federico II Museum Complex, following a year at Città della Scienza marked by visits from numerous groups and schools—including notable initiatives and targeted educational programs such as “Quantum Treks” and “At School with Schrödinger’s Cat.”

The exhibition’s arrival at this new venue aims to foster a deep connection between the history of physics, the fundamentals of quantum mechanics, technological platforms, and society, integrating the museum’s historical and scientific value with the innovation and social impact of modern quantum technologies. The exhibition experience will be unveiled to the public through a rich program of events, bolstered by its recent national recognition: the exhibition was in fact successfully presented to younger generations during the “Quantum Scenarios” event at the 3rd National Congress of the NQSTI (National Quantum Science and Technology Institute) held in Naples.

The scheduled events will be introduced by Piergiulio Cappelletti, Director of the Museum Center for Natural and Physical Sciences at the University of Naples Federico II, and by Rosanna Del Monte, Director of the Museum of Physics, which are hosting the exhibition.

The exhibition opened its doors for a preview on June 18, 2026, with a special pre-event entirely dedicated to high school teachers, college students, and quantum physics enthusiasts.

On July 20, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., the official opening of the exhibition dedicated to quantum technologies will take place at the Physics Museum of the Center for Natural and Physical Sciences at the University of Naples Federico II. This initiative aims to highlight the connections between scientific research, technological innovation, design, and society. The event will offer the public the opportunity to explore the role of emerging technologies and their impact on the future of research and innovation.

On the same day, at 7:30 p.m., at the Consulate of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Naples, an international networking event dedicated to emerging technologies will take place, featuring a formal reception attended by Ambassador Nguyen Phuong Anh. Introductory remarks will be delivered by Professors Piergiulio Cappelletti, of the Center for Natural and Physical Science Museums, and Paolo Silvestrini, president of the Eudora Association. This will be followed by presentations by Francesco Saverio Cataliotti (University of Florence), Fabio Chiarello (IFN-CNR), Carla Giusti (ADI and Eudora Association), and Simona Mosca (INO-CNR and Eudora Association). The event will be moderated by Berardo Ruggiero (ISASI-CNR and the Eudora Association), while Rosanna del Monte will serve as the exhibition’s scientific director. The initiative aims to foster dialogue among institutions, universities, research organizations, and the innovation sector, promoting international collaborations and the exchange of expertise in the field of quantum technologies.

The exhibition will be open tothe public from June 19 to October 30, 2026, during the museum’s regular hours, which are available on the website. Admission to the exhibition is free; visitors need only pay the entrance fee to the Museum of Physics:
