The application period has reopened for the second edition of the Advanced Course in Sports Management (SportMan DEMI | UniNa), organized by the Department of Economics, Management, Institutions (DEMI) at the University of Naples Federico II for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The program is designed to address the growing need for professional development in the field of sports management, offering a multidisciplinary educational track that integrates economic, legal, strategic, and digital skills—all of which are essential today for operating effectively in the world of sports.
The program is aimed at graduates and professionals interested in developing or strengthening their managerial skills in the sports sector through a curriculum that combines in-depth theoretical study, case studies, and direct interaction with university professors, executives, and industry experts.
Instruction will be delivered through a blended learning approach, alternating between lectures, individual assignments, and project work.
The course is sponsored by CONI, the Fiamme Oro Sports Groups, the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation, the Italian Sailing Federation, and the Italian Athletics Federation, reflecting the initiative’s strong ties to the sports community and the sector’s leading institutions.
Admission to the course is open to those holding a BACHELOR’S OR MASTER’S DEGREE (or equivalent qualifications) in one of the following fields: Legal Services (L-14), Tourism (L-15), Administrative and Organizational Sciences (L-16), Economics and Business Management (L-18), Education and Training Sciences (L-19), Communication Sciences (L-20), Physical Education and Sports Sciences (L-22), Environmental Sciences and Technologies (L-32), Economics (L-33), Political Science and International Relations (L-36), Social Work (L-39), Sociology (L-40), Statistics (L-41), Law (LMG/01), Organization and Management of Sports and Physical Activity Services (LM-47), Tourism Systems Design and Management (LM-49), Educational Services Planning and Management (LM-50), International Relations (LM-52), Economics (LM-56), Adult Education and Continuing Education (LM-57), Public, Business, and Advertising Communication (LM-59), Political Science (LM-62), Public Administration (LM-63), Sciences and Techniques of Preventive and Adapted Physical Activity (LM-67), Sports Sciences and Techniques (LM-68), Economic Sciences for the Environment and Culture (LM-76), Business and Economic Sciences (LM-77), Statistical Sciences (LM-82), Actuarial and Financial Statistics (LM-83), Pedagogical Sciences (LM-85), Social Work and Social Policy (LM-87), Sociology and Social Research (LM-88), Communication Theories (LM-92).
