Core Academyis back again this year —an advanced training program born out of a collaboration betweenthe University of Naples Federico II and KPMG Advisory, with the goal of preparing a new generation of professionals capable of tackling the challenges of digital transformation in public administration, healthcare, and social and healthcare services.
Now in its sixth edition, the initiative is open to 25 young graduates—with either a bachelor’s or master’s degree—from various fields of study, offering them a highly specialized training opportunity that is completely free of charge. Participants residing outside the Campania region will also receive a lump-sum allowance to cover travel and accommodation expenses.
The program will begin in November 2026, following the selection process scheduled for October, and will last four months. Activities will take place at the San Giovanni a Teduccio Technology Hub of the University of Naples Federico II and directly at the partner companies’ offices, allowing participants to combine theoretical training with valuable hands-on experience.
The training program is structured around the most strategic themes for the future of organizations. Participants will delve into topics such as digital transformation, innovative services, data governance, accountability, and public value, as well as business intelligence tools , data analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and data analytics. Significant attention will also be given to emerging technologies, with specific modules on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI—skills that are increasingly in demand in today’s job market.
The program will be rounded out by project work, developed based on the real strategic and organizational needs of partner companies. This provides a concrete opportunity to put what has been learned into practice and engage with real-world cases, developing skills that are immediately applicable in a professional setting.
The results of previous editions confirm the program’s effectiveness. In fact, between the first and fifth editions, approximately 70% of participants received a job offer from the initiative’s partner company or from other organizations operating in the same sector. Upon completion of the program, participants will be prepared to perform support roles for middle and top management, with concrete prospects for professional and managerial growth.
