Physics of the Universe
This Research unit groups together researchers active in the fields of Astronomy, Astrophysics, Cosmology, Geophysics and Plasma physics. The strong connections between these fields is recognized both on a national and international level; all the activities are performed in close collaboration with the National Institute of Astrophysics (INAF), the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) and the National Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN).
